Outlook Care is recruiting a Team Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day management of Learning Disability services based in East London. You will provide direct line management to support staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care while upholding Outlook Care's values.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating teams or services in care/support settings is helpful.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexibly and build positive relationships with staff and service users.

• Support the Supported Living Manager with day-to-day operational management.
• Provide direct line management to support staff, including supervisions and performance monitoring.
