Job Description
Support for the London team including:
- On/Off-boarding new joiners/leavers including IT set up, scheduling intro meetings, preparing welcome documents, liaising with HR, IR and L&D, and showing new joiners around the office
- Booking travel using Concur
- Manage and process travel expenses using Concur
- Meeting room bookings and arranging refreshments/catering where required
- Arranging post and couriers
- Binding when needed
- Assist with monitoring internal/external visitors to the office, informing Reception and making sure they have building passes/rooms booked/desks booked etc
- Ordering Business Cards
- Managing office supplies
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a PA or Team Assistant role gained within a sales or professional environment will be an advantage to proficiently perform this role.
- This role will require solid administration experience, good attention to detail and strong Excel and Word skills, Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential
- Highly motivated, demonstrating a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Very good use of business English
- Multitasking, demonstrate an ability to take on more responsibility over time
