Overview

Are you an ambitious Team Assistant focused on joining one of the world's most prestigious investment firms. This is a rare opportunity to operate within the Executive Office, the highest echelon of the organisation, supporting C-suite leaders.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career, this role will give you the platform to hone your skills and lay the foundation to become a top Executive Assistant. You'll have exposure to senior VPs across Europe, APAC, and America, working in a role where your contribution will be both visible and valued.

This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. You'll be managing busy schedules, prioritising across competing demands, and coordinating complex travel arrangements-all while acting as a trusted first point of contact.

You would have gained at least 3 - 5 years as an assistant in the investment sector.

Responsibilities
  • Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating high-level international travel and logistics
  • Acting as a proactive gatekeeper-always one step ahead
  • Supporting senior stakeholders, VPs and MDs with administrative and operational needs
  • Ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the executive team
What we\'re looking for
  • A minimum of 3 years\' experience as an Assistant within investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional services
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in working with senior leadership and handling competing demands
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, can-do mindset

This is a 6-month assignment (with potential to extend an additional 6 months and scope for further opportunities within the firm if you impress). The role is 5 days in the office.

Rate: £26 inclusive of holiday pay
