Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Team Assistant in London to provide essential administrative support to a busy professional services team. You will coordinate diaries, meetings, travel and events, and create presentations and reports to help stakeholders work efficiently.

You will play a central role in keeping the team organized and responsive, handling confidential information with discretion, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative, team support, coordinator or assistant role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to a busy team.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and handle changes to arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, reviews and team activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and meeting materials.
  • Track actions and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure progress.
  • Arrange interviews, stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries where required.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting information.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports and business documents.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with events, networking activities and team initiatives.
  • Support process improvements and help maintain effective systems and templates.
  • Provide flexible support across the team as priorities change.
