Job Title: Team Administrator
Salary Range: £30,000 - £37,500 DOE
Performance-Related Bonus: Up to 7% of annual salary
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-3:45pm - Flexible working policy available)
Place of Work: Office-based 5 days per week, modern premises
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
