Purpose of the Role:

To provide proactive and professional support to the Property group, ensuring services are delivered in a manner consistent with the Firm's competitive environment. The role involves team collaboration to meet the needs of the business, supporting staff across different units as needed.

Candidate Overview:

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Maintaining filing systems (paper and electronic), updating files, archiving, and retrieving documents
  • Assisting team members with overflow work
  • Preparing for meetings, including agendas and itineraries
  • Relaying messages promptly to lawyers and clients
  • Managing electronic schedules, arranging meetings, and liaising with reception for bookings and hospitality
  • Updating client contact databases
  • Supporting Legal PAs and Business Development with marketing materials and seminar contacts
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Answering calls professionally and handling inquiries
  • Representing the firm as the first point of contact
