An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join the Landmarc Team.

Location: Air Weapons Range, Pembrey Sands, Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, SA16 0HZ

Permanent Role: Enjoy the stability of a full-time, permanent position with 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Package Description

Landmarc will provide you with a competitive salary; in addition to this, we also offer the following main benefits, amongst many others:

Pension: Landmarc offers all employees an opportunity to join our company stakeholder pension scheme, whereby the company will contribute up to 8% of the employee’s salary.

Holiday: Employees are entitled to 25 days’ pro rata during each year of employment plus public holidays. Three extra discretionary days are added to our annual leave allowances at Christmas. Annual leave allowance will increase in recognition of your continued service. Holiday purchase – purchase up to 10 more days’ holiday to use throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining document recording
  • Purchase Order and Work Order processing
  • Data capture and input
  • Uploading documents
  • Auditing records
  • Note-taking during meetings
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Providing cover as required for Reception duties
  • Providing support for other Administrative roles
  • Working on other Regional sites where required
The Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent Office and Administration skills
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
  • Ability to use bespoke and off-the-shelf software packages
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to follow processes within time constraints
  • Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence as travel will be required
