We are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join the team!
This is a pivotal role in the company, working in the Post Completion section of our Client Support Team, where you will provide exceptional service to our clients and assist our team of conveyancers.
This administrative role is vital to our post completion conveyancing process, with key responsibilities including completing registrations, handling Land Registry processes and requisitions. You will liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and colleagues regarding all Post Completion matters, ensuring that all correspondence (post, email, telephone) is processed efficiently in line with standards and KPIs.
Training will be provided for this role and for processes within the wider Background Team, enabling you to support different areas of the department as needed.
