We are looking for our next Team Admin Assistant to join our Fixed Income team in London!
You’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to our London and Henley-based Fixed Income teams, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, virtual meeting arrangements, and catering where required.
Prepare, organise, and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and other business documents accurately and on time.
Support diary management and calendar coordination for team members, helping to prioritise activities and ensure smooth scheduling.
Arrange travel bookings and process expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative requests using internal systems.
Act as a first point of contact for routine administrative queries, responding promptly and escalating issues when appropriate.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support for team initiatives, events, and projects, contributing to the effective operation of the wider department.
Build strong working relationships across the business and collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with Invesco’s Conduct Principle and company policies.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach with a willingness to support a variety of team activities.
Comfortable working with administrative processes, systems, and established procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
