Job summary

Invesco in London is seeking a Team Admin Assistant to join our Fixed Income team. You will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, coordinating meetings, travel, and project support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will support London and Henley teams, uphold company policies, and contribute to the wider department’s effectiveness.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, virtual meeting arrangements, and catering where required.
  • Prepare, organise, and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and other business documents accurately and on time.
  • Support diary management and calendar coordination for team members, helping to prioritise activities and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Arrange travel bookings and process expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative requests using internal systems.
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine administrative queries, responding promptly and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for team initiatives, events, and projects, contributing to the effective operation of the wider department.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with Invescos Conduct Principle and company policies.

We are looking for our next Team Admin Assistant to join our Fixed Income team in London! You'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
