One Cumbria Teaching School Hub seeks a highly professional manager to support our team with a high standard of administrative service and data management for ITT, ECF, NPQs and CPD activities.

The successful candidate will lead operational services, coordinate communications with internal staff and external providers, and maintain data across Early Career Framework, NPQs, ITT and AB services, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience and front-line customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal/listening skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks in a complex environment.
• Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
