Job summary
Chichester College Group is seeking a Teaching & Learning Manager for Sport, Public Services and Care to lead curriculum delivery, drive quality improvements and support staff development. You will deputise for the Head of Learning to secure excellent student outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
You will lead high-performing teams, shape innovative curriculum, and build meaningful employer and community partnerships, while fostering an inclusive learning environment and ongoing professional
Qualifications
- Proven record of teaching and assessment to a consistently high standard, including the use of technology.
- Teaching experience within Further Education.
- Proven record of trialling new developments within own teaching & learning and assessment and supporting the development of others.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Up to date knowledge of curriculum and teaching and learning including sector priorities, proven through continuing professional development.
- A Certificate in Education or Post Graduate Certificate in Education, or equivalent.
