Our schools are high performing and represent the full age range of 3-19, along with an alternative education provider. We place great emphasis on collaborative working across the Trust within a family of schools approach. Our schools enjoy a high degree of ‘aligned autonomy’ whilst, at the same time, they are supported by a central trust team who help ensure our schools provide the highest quality of provision possible.

For a September start, we are looking for an outstanding practitioner. The successful candidate will be resourceful, inspirational and forward thinking. You will share our vision of achieving excellence and raising further the standards of achievement.

We wish to appoint a colleague to this post who has:

On the application form, please focus on a detailed 'supporting statement' taking into account the person specification and indicating why you would be the best person for us to recruit to this position.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Safeguarding checks will be undertaken during the recruitment process and this may include online searches.

We welcome applications regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion.
