Job summary

Leeds Trinity University is seeking a part-time Teaching Excellence Coordinator to support the enhancement of learning, teaching and assessment across the University. You will work within the Academic Quality and Student Success team to coordinate teaching enhancement activities and promote inclusive pedagogic practice.

• Experience coordinating projects and programmes in an academic or professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a range of teaching enhancement activities.
• Oversee academic development programmes, peer review of teaching, and inclusive pedagogy initiatives.
• Promote evidence-informed practice to improve student engagement and outcomes.
• Use data and insights to support decision-making and monitor impact of initiatives.
• Contribute to institutional priorities such as TEF readiness and continuation targets.
• Work with academic schools, professional services, Students' Union and student reps to deliver projects.
