Leeds Trinity University in Leeds is seeking an experienced and innovative Curriculum Change, Design and Delivery Lead to drive transformation across our academic portfolio and support the Academic Futures strategy.
You will collaborate with colleagues across academic and professional services to lead institution-wide curriculum projects, ensure programmes remain relevant and inclusive, and embed digital innovation, sustainability and student success into design and delivery.

Salary The starting salary will be from £47,389 up to £56,535 per annum (pro rata) inGrade 8, depending on qualifications and experience.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the design, development and delivery of transformational curriculum change across the institution. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering our Academic Futures strategy and helping to create an inclusive, future-focused curriculum that enables every student to succeed.
As Curriculum Change, Design and Delivery Lead, you will work collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues to lead institution-wide curriculum transformation projects, support programme development and review, and ensure curricula remain relevant, innovative and aligned with strategic priorities and sector expectations.
You will champion evidence-informed curriculum design, embedding principles of inclusion, digital innovation, sustainability, employability and student success across our portfolio. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance on curriculum enhancement, facilitate communities of practice, and lead the successful implementation of new and revised programmes.
We are looking for a collaborative and highly organised individual with significant experience of curriculum design, academic enhancement and leading complex change initiatives within a higher education environment. You will possess excellent relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory requirements, and the ability to influence and inspire colleagues across the University.
