Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Student Success Tutor in Leeds to enhance student retention and satisfaction. The role focuses on providing first-hand academic support, coordinating queries, and engaging students through workshops and proactive communication.

The successful candidate will work closely with the registry support and academic teams to ensure students receive timely guidance, monitor progress, and maintain strong student engagement throughout their studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a UK recognised university.
• Experience in teaching or academic support within a HEI environment is desirable.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise a set number of students, guiding them toward success.
• Liaise between students, ESL lecturers and other team members.
• Schedule one-on-one sessions to address issues and clarify questions.
