Ideal candidates have experience supporting children, strong communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach to help pupils learn and stay engaged in class.

Aspire People are currently recruiting dedicated, reliable and experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in Loughborough. Through our established relationships with local schools, including our exclusive partnership with Lionheart Academies Trust, we have a high demand for Teaching Assistants to support schools with day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities.

We are looking for confident, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development. Whether you are looking for a few days a week to fit around other commitments or seeking a full-time, long-term position, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role

• Day-to-day supply: Supporting local schools with daily staffing requirements and classroom cover.
• Short-term assignments: Providing additional classroom support for several weeks at a time.
• Part-time and full-time roles: Flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
• Long-term positions: Building relationships with pupils and staff while providing consistent classroom support.
• Permanent opportunities: Finding a permanent position within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
