Job summary

Class Act is seeking Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply across Lechlade and surrounding areas. You will support pupils across year groups, help deliver differentiated lessons, and provide one-to-one and small group support while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

You will work across different schools with DBS eligibility, upholding safeguarding policies and promoting positive student outcomes. Weekly PAYE payments and exclusive staff deals are offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting children in school settings.
• Understanding of the national curriculum and classroom routines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
• Ability to work flexibly across different schools and age groups.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting pupils.
