Job summary

Ringstead CE Primary is seeking a friendly Teaching Assistant to work with our primary pupils. You will supervise and support pupils in the learning environment and assist the teacher with pupil education.

We value a safe, supportive, Christian ethos-driven school community. The successful candidate will engage in CPD, safeguarding training, and contribute to a varied curriculum while working 15 hours per week over 38 weeks per year.

Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Fixed term until 31 July 2027.

Pay Grade: Grade D3.

Full Time Salary: £25,614

Actual Salary: £8,711.83

Hours: 15 hours over 5 days per week, 38 weeks per year.

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, professional Teaching Assistant to work in a team with our teachers, who understands the learning and pastoral needs of primary children. The role would entail supervising and supporting pupils in the learning environment, whilst assisting the teacher with the implementation of pupil education.
