Job summary

Lady Seawards Primary Academy in Hampstead is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum. The role combines Mealtime Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Wraparound Care Leader, covering 12pm–5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will deliver targeted interventions, promote inclusion, support SEND pupils, and supervise the wraparound care team while coordinating staff rotas.

• To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
• There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work.
• Lead and supervise the wraparound care team, providing clear direction and support.
• In collaboration with the Head of School or relevant line manager, organise staff rotas and daily activities to ensure appropriate supervision ratios are maintained.
• Supervision and behaviour monitoring during lunchtimes in the Nursery setting

This is a mixed role comprising of a Mealtime Assistant in our nursery setting, Teaching Assistant in school and a Wraparound Care Leader for our after school care facility.

We are looking to cover Monday to Friday 12pm to 5.00pm:

• Nursery Mealtime Assistant Mon-Wed 12pm-1.30pm, Thurs & Fri 12pm - 1pm - 6.5 hours per week paid on Grade A
• Teaching Assistant Mon-Wed 1.30-3pm, Thurs & Fri 1-3pm - 8.5 hours per week paid on Grade B
• Wraparound Care Leader Mon - Fri 3pm - 5pm - 10 hours per week on Grade C
