Dilton Marsh Church of England Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its welcoming and supportive team, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will also carry out Wraparound Care duties to support with the school’s before-school breakfast club and lunchtime provision helping to ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children who attend.
Working Hours: Part Time (30.83 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 38 weeks per year – no Teacher Training Days). Other: Wraparound Care responsibilities for school breakfast club provision will be in addition to the role at an extra 5 hours per week, 7.30am until 8.30am. Required: ASAP.

As a Teaching Assistant, you must be able to work across all age ranges within our school and be prepared to work flexibly to provide cover on a regular basis and support children of all abilities, including those requiring social and emotional support, SEN support, liaising with teachers and SENCO. The Wraparound Care element of the role involves assisting with the planning and organising of a range of activities suitable for primary-aged children, taking into account their interests and developmental needs.
