Position: Full-Time Welsh Teaching Assistant

Are you a fluent Welsh speaker passionate about education?
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a full-time Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant for a fantastic opportunity in Llanelli. This is a great chance to make a difference in a supportive learning environment while contributing to the development of students' Welsh language skills.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes (own transport required)
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) may vary depending on the school
• A consistent, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude
• Eager to join the education sector and support students in their learning journey
• Previous experience – Desirable but not essential

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students with their Welsh language learning, both in and outside of the classroom
• Work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support for each student
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive
• Encourage students to engage actively with their Welsh lessons and educational activities
