Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Prospero Teaching is recruiting a number of dynamic and dedicated Welsh speaking Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools across South Wales. If you're looking to work in an inspiring educational environment and help students achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, aiding their academic progress and personal development. You will play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.

Position Details

• Location: Various locations across South Wales
• Position: Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant
• Type of work: Day-to-day and long-term cover in various schools
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Day-to-day bookings with potential for extension depending on schools
• Contract type: Temporary
• Full-time/Part-time: Depending on schools' needs
• Pay rate: Minimum £16.31 per hour
• Hours: 8:45 am - 3:20 pm (full day), half day (am or pm), or individual lesson cover

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting (not essential)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
