People Dynamix Education is working with a Primary School in Wallasey, Wirral, to find a caring Teaching Assistant to join their team. You’ll support pupils throughout the day, helping them access learning and build confidence.

This is a long-term, full-time role with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours, offering up to £600 per week depending on experience and assignment details.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs is essential.
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils.
• Patient, proactive and confident supporting children's learning.
• Works effectively alongside teachers and other school staff.

With consistent weekday hours, this role could suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for their next long-term opportunity in a primary school.

The role

You’ll work alongside the class teacher to support pupils throughout the school day, helping them access learning, stay engaged and develop their confidence and independence.

You’ll play an important part in the classroom, adapting your approach to pupils’ needs, providing encouragement where it’s needed and helping create a positive environment where children can thrive.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Location: Wallasey, Wirral
Pay: Up to £600 per week, depending on experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
