Job summary

People Dynamix Education is seeking caring and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to work across Primary Schools in The Wirral and wider Merseyside. You may choose flexible day-to-day supply, or longer-term roles, including 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs.

We offer opportunities across primary schools with flexible schedules, holiday pay, and ongoing support from the People Dynamix Education team. Pay ranges from £450 to £600 per day depending on experience and assignment.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants needed to work across Wirral and Merseyside.
• Flexible day-to-day supply to longer-term and permanent opportunities across Primary Schools.
• Experience with SEND and 1:1 support is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils across schools.
• Support class teachers and other school staff in a flexible, adaptable way.
• Assist in delivering interventions and 1:1 support for pupils with SEND.
• Help pupils stay engaged, motivated and confident in learning.

We work closely with Primary Schools across The Wirral and wider Merseyside, providing everything from flexible day-to-day supply through to longer-term and permanent opportunities.
