Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking a Teaching Assistant Tutor/Trainer to deliver TA qualifications and related short courses to adult learners in a group-based setting, face to face. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Lincolnshire with travel flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or Teacher (3–5 years), with desirable knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools, and a full driving licence with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience as Teaching Assistant or Teacher (last 3–5 years).
• Experience or knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools is highly desirable.
• Confident delivering group-based, face-to-face training.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications and other short courses to adult learners in a group setting.
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills and behaviours.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
