Job summary

KM Recruitment is recruiting a Teaching Assistant Tutor / Trainer to deliver the Teaching Assistant qualification and other short courses to adult learners in a face-to-face, group-based setting in Lincolnshire.

The role is full-time and permanent with travel across Lincolnshire. Salary is £25,000–£28,000 depending on qualifications. The successful candidate will have recent TA/teacher experience and the ability to motivate learners and organise progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant or Teacher, with recent experience spanning the last 3-5 years.
• Experience / knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools is highly desirable.
• Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications and other relevant short-courses,to adult learnersin a group-based setting.
• Ensure sessions are motivating,engaging and develop learners’skills knowledge and behaviours.
• Organiseand maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
