Job summary

KM Recruitment in the UK is seeking a Teaching Assistant Tutor / Trainer to deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications and short courses to adult learners in a face-to-face group setting. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Lincolnshire with travel.

You will have recent TA or teaching experience (3–5 years), knowledge of SEND and autism is desirable, and must hold a full driving licence to cover travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant or Teacher, with recent experience spanning the last 3-5 years.
• Experience / knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools is highly desirable.
• Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications and other relevant short-courses, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
