eTeach UK Limited is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for Ysgol Bro Tawe's Specialist ASC Centre on a fixed-term maternity cover. The post is five days a week, equivalent to 30 hours (6 hours a day).

The successful candidate will support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and inclusion, under the Teacher in Charge, with experience of pupils with additional needs being desirable. DBS enhanced check required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with pupils with additional learning needs.
• Desirable experience in a specialist provision.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and professionals.

Responsabilités

• Support pupils in the ASC Centre and access to mainstream learning.
• Contribute to specialist interventions and individual support programmes.
• Work under the direction of the Teacher in Charge of the Specialist Centre.
• Promote wellbeing and inclusion through adaptive teaching approaches.
