Job summary

Looking for a Teaching Assistant role where you can properly become part of the school rather than simply cover a few days?

People Dynamix Education is looking for a reliable, confident and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Southport area.

This is a full-time, medium to long-term opportunity, offering the consistency to get to know the children, build strong relationships with staff and become a genuine part of the school team.

The role

You'll be working alongside the class teacher and wider school team, supporting pupils with their learning and helping to create a positive, productive classroom environment.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Build positive relationships with children
• Provide calm, consistent and encouraging support
• Work confidently alongside teachers and other support staff
• Adapt their approach according to the needs of individual pupils
• Show initiative while understanding their role within the classroom
• Become a reliable and valued member of the wider school team

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within a Primary School would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, reliability and ability to build strong relationships with children.
