You will support post-16 learners across Entry Level Maths and English, plus hands-on vocational areas such as Floristry, Garden Design, Animal Care and Agriculture. 1:1 support for a learner with SEND is required, with outdoor learning and practical sessions in all weathers.

You will be providing 1:1 support to a learner with SEND needs including autism, ADHD and SEMH.
The role includes classroom support, practical sessions and outdoor learning, so candidates must be comfortable working outside in all seasons.
