Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to start ASAP in Totnes/South Devon. The role provides 1:1 Maths and English intervention for KS2/KS3 pupils who have disengaged from mainstream education, with travel between locations as needed.
You will work in a dedicated classroom center and outreach setting, building trusting relationships, monitoring progress, and communicating with teaching staff and specialists. A full UK driving licence is required.
Location: Totnes / South Devon | Start Date: ASAP | Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm | Contract: Temp to Permanent | Salary: £20,245 – £21,256 | Mileage: 45p per mile petrol allowance

The role will primarily be based at a dedicated classroom centre, with some outreach work and travel required between locations.
