Qualifications

• At least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Experience working with children aged 11-16, ideally with SEND or behavioural needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A flexible, resilient and collaborative approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high expectations for students.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside teachers to raise learning and attainment.
• Provide targeted support for students with SEND, reducing barriers to learning.
• Encourage independence, self-esteem and inclusion for all students.
• Lead small group interventions and offer mentoring support.
• Apply specialist knowledge (SEND, SEMH, literacy, numeracy) to make an impact.
