CER Education are seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 in the Sefton area (Bootle, Crosby, Netherton).
The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with the possibility of part-time hours and a temporary-to-permanent pathway.
You will work 1-on-1 with students, assist with EHCPs, manage sensitive situations, and collaborate with teaching staff to enable positive learning experiences. A current enhanced DBS is required.

The school, based in Sefton area provides support to pupils aged 5-16with SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health). It is essential that you have had previous experience supporting in a similar environment and that you are familiar with following EHCP's (Education, Health and Care Plans).
The role is to start in Septemberand the contract will initially be offered on a Temp to perm basis but with a view to go permenant.
The hours of work will beMonday to Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm, however the school can offer the flexibility of part time.
