St Anne's CE Primary School and Nursery in Bewdley is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant (TA1) with SEN responsibilities. You will join the school's SEN team and work under the direction of the SENDCo and class teachers to support learning across the school.
The role requires delivering academic tasks, assisting with pupil wellbeing and behaviour, and helping during break times. DBS clearance is required, and the post is permanent with term-time hours.

The Governors of St Anne's CE Primary School and Nursery wish to appoint an enthusiastic Level 1 Teaching Assistant to work as a part of our classroom based support team.Purpose of the role
The role is part of the SEN team which means you will be working across the school, under the support and supervision of the school SENDCo and Class Teachers.
Classroom Support: Actively engage in delivering academic work, closely following the guidance and specific direction of both the Class Teacher and the SENDCo.
Whole-School Flexibility: Support other pupils across the school on occasion, adapting flexibly to changing needs as required.
Break Time Supervision: Support and engage with children during their break times, encouraging positive social interaction and safe play.
High Expectations: A commitment to maintaining high standards for pupils' achievement and development.
Positive Behaviour Management: Ability to use positive, constructive strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional well-being in line with the school's behaviour policy.
Part of the Team:A flexible approach, a sense of fun, and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit school team.
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
