Job summary

Aspire People is currently seeking an dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a Northampton educational setting. You will help pupils engage with activities, monitor progress, and provide compassionate, patient support daily.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable and passionate about inclusive education, with experience or a strong desire to work with children who have SEN. DBS checks encouraged.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to use initiative.
• Patient, caring, nurturing approach.
• Reliable and able to commit to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs within lessons.
