We are looking for experienced learning support assistants who are dedicated and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in a primary school in Hackney. The school caters for children and young adults from 5-11 years old with some varied SEND needs, such as Autism, SEMH, Severe learning difficulties, and Speech and language communication difficulties.
Your role as a Teaching Assistant will be to:
Experience working with children with special educational needs is not essential, but experience working within a school-based environment is critical, as you are required to have basic knowledge and understanding of supporting children within an educational setting.
