A large, welcoming academy is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Needs starting from September 2025.
The Role
The school has multiple roles in EYFS, KS1 & KS2 to support pupils with Special Needs. The needs across the classes include children with Autism, non-verbal pupils, complex needs, and ADHD. Some pupils will have support plans in place, while others will be undergoing assessments upon joining. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide support on a 1-to-1 basis and lead interventions for small groups and individuals.
The school prefers candidates with previous experience, especially in speech and language therapy.
The position is full-time, starting in September 2025, and will continue until July 2026.
