Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil in Christchurch from September. The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday hours, and requires the successful candidate to have or obtain an enhanced DBS check.

You will work closely with teachers, pupils and families to foster positive relationships and support SEN needs within the classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 SEN support to a Year 5 pupil.
• Support the delivery of SEN strategies under the guidance of teaching staff.
• Assist with classroom activities and monitoring pupil progress.
