Job summary

The Bicester School is seeking a motivated member of its Support Team for a part-time, term-time only role (30 hours per week) starting November 2026 to support SEND pupils and help them access learning in lessons and small groups.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic role model with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; SEMH experience may be an advantage. The school is Ofsted Good and committed to safeguarding and pupils’ welfare.
