Location: Havant
Pay: £13.75 per hour

They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join this specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) secondary school for boys aged 11-16 in Havant. The school provides a nurturing, small-scale environment where students thrive through a highly differentiated curriculum and tailored support.
You will work closely with an experienced teaching and pastoral teams to support students who may have additional needs such as:
ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder)
ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions)
Dyslexia
Your role will be to help remove barriers to learning, build trusting relationships, and encourage positive engagement in both academic and social settings.

An understanding of SEMH and associated learning needs (experience preferred but not essential)
