GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming secondary school in Havant, Hampshire, on a day-to-day/long-term, full-time basis.This role is expected to commence from September 2025, or as soon as the successful candidate is available following their notice period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic about education and student development. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, supporting the learning of pupils in both one-to-one and small group settings. You will play an important role in assisting students with their classwork, and may also be required to support individuals with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The role involves working flexibly across the school, so applicants should be adaptable and confident in supporting diverse learning needs.
