All's Well School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learners with social, emotional and mental health needs, working with teachers to deliver personalised educational programmes and create opportunities for growth.
You'll help build relationships, provide encouragement and structure, support learners to engage with learning, and assist with safeguarding and progression to further education, training or employment where appropriate.
Competenze
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths (GCSE Grade 4/C or above, Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children and young people in education, care or support settings.
- Ability to build positive relationships with learners and families.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour with professionalism and consistency.
