Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking ambitious Teaching Assistants to support learners across Bradford. The role involves supporting teachers, reinforcing learning in small groups, and creating an inclusive, safe classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children or young people, strong communication, and a patient, proactive approach. Flexible, long-term and permanent opportunities are available with weekly PAYE and access to Thrive training.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning, build confidence, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
