Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in primary schools across Kingston and Richmond in South West London. If you're passionate about education and can commit to five days a week, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll support class teachers, assist with classroom management, run small groups, prepare learning materials, and help SEN pupils. A patient, caring approach and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
• Patient, caring and adaptable approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of the primary curriculum is beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability ideally five days per week.
