Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for flexible and supply roles in local schools. You will support daily lesson delivery, help pupils in small groups, and assist pupils with SEN, contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

Roles include 1:1 support, foster literacy and numeracy, and promote confidence. We offer competitive pay, weekly PAYE, and flexible schedules with immediate start dates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
