Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary pupils across local schools in the Birmingham area. These flexible and supply roles suit graduates, experienced TAs, and childcare backgrounds, offering day-to-day or long-term placements.

Responsibilities include supporting lesson delivery, small-group work, SEN support, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational settings.
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication in English and Maths.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
