Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary settings with flexible day-to-day and long-term supply roles.

You will work with teachers to support literacy and numeracy, assist students with SEN, and help create an inclusive classroom. Immediate start and weekly PAYE payments with CPD training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
