Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a friendly and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ware, Hertfordshire. The role supports pupils across the primary age range, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

The successful candidate will help pupils develop learning skills, confidence and independence, while maintaining high expectations and supporting classroom routines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary: £95-£105

Contract: Temp-Perm for the right candidate

Hours: Full-Time - Monday and Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and play an important role in supporting our pupils to achieve their very best.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support to children across the primary age range. You will help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed.

The Role

• Supporting pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
