Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning individually and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes toward learning.
• Support children with additional needs where appropriate.
• Promote positive behaviour and build strong relationships with pupils.
• Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.
